The International Council for the Exploration of the Sea (ICES) has produced its E-Newsletter for November 2014. The content of the E-Newsletter includes the development of technical guidance for four descriptors described within the Marine Strategy Framework Directive (MSFD), developments of the ICES interactive popular advice map with the addition of Skate species, Marine Strategy Framework Directive programmes within the Baltic Sea and potential trade-offs and updates within the science and advice department.
