Expert Advisory Committee

The NWCF Expert Advisory Committee (EAC) is made up of a wide range of organisations across North West England with an interest in coast and near-shore marine environments.

Their role is to provide expertise and advice to the Trustees and other EAC members to inform the work of the NWCF, ensuring effective and appropriate decision-making in line with the charitable objects of the NWCF. It is intended to operate in a similar way to the NWCF’s former Management Board.

The EAC members form the voting membership of the NWCF. Issues to be voted on include election of Trustees and any other matters delegated for decision to the EAC by the Board of Trustees.

As a newly established charity the EAC is still being established and will grow over time.
