Coastal Partnerships Annual Forum 2016 – presentations available

The Coastal Partnerships Network Annual Forum is the national continuing professional development event for Coastal Partnership Officers, members of their Steering Groups or Boards and partner representatives. It provides up to date information on the latest legislation and key issues affecting or affected by coastal management and helps to showcase different aspects of the work of coastal partnerships to inspire others. It also serves as the key networking event for CPN members and partner organisations, enabling them to build links and benefit from shared experience on a national scale.

Spread over two days the event started with a field trip to the transformed, international award winning Durham Heritage Coast followed by an afternoon of national updates. Delegates had an informal networking opportunity at the conference dinner. Day 2 consisited of completion of the ’round robin’ from Coastal Partnerships around England and a series of workshops to set the agenda moving forward.
