Consultation closes: June 1st, 2025
The Welsh Government is seeking your views on Changes to Permitted Development Rights, including:
- Air Source Heat Pumps
- Off-street Parking EV Chargers
- Temporary Camp Sites
- Development by Statutory Undertakers (electricity)
- Affordable Housing and Meanwhile Uses
- And change to the definition of major development.
The Welsh Government is also seeking your views on the introduction of permitted development rights for:
- Reverse Vending Machines
