The Liverpool Institute for Sustainable Coasts and Oceans is organising a high-profile event, The Maritime Contribution to Net Zero, bringing together research, business and government communities. This will be an invaluable opportunity to explore the opportunities for collaboration in working towards decarbonising ports and the maritime sector.
There will be high-level contributions from Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, Mersey Maritime, the National Oceanography Centre, Liverpool John Moores University, the University of Liverpool and other organisations. The proposed Green Shipping Corridor between Liverpool and Belfast and its implementation will be presented and discussed.
