Exciting Times for the Morecambe Bay Partnership!

The Morecambe Bay Partnership has a great new website and e-newsletter which you can sign up to online (see the link below).  As well as information about MBP, its staff, partners and project and all the latest Partnership news and events the site contains an interactive map of the Bay including events, places of interest, viewpoints and lookouts, routes, nature and bathing water information.

Morecambe Bay Partnership is a small charity but is having a big impact on the local area. Over £3.5 million has already been secured to benefit tourism, heritage and nature for the Bay’s communities and visitors and bring jobs to the area and they have an ambitious target of helping to bring in another £10m over the next 10 years to ‘make more great things happen’. Led by Executive Director Susannah Bleakley the team now includes Sophie Cringle, the H2H Officer, Janet Barton the 700 Days Co-ordinator and Emma McColm the LOVEmyBEACH Officer.
